SHIPPING

We ship throughout the United States and internationally using the most efficient and economical method based on package weight and size. For customers having their own preferred shipping methods, we are happy to accommodate whenever possible. All sales are F.O.B. Stuart, Florida USA.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship small packages by UPS and FedEx ground service. Faster delivery times available upon request. Larger packages that exceed UPS and FedEx weight or size limitations are shipped by motor freight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship small packages by UPS and FedEx international air service. Larger packages that exceed UPS and FedEx weight or size limitations are shipped by motor freight to a U.S. port or airport for further transport to the order’s destination. All taxes and customs related fees are the customer’s responsibility.

SHIPPING NOTE

Through years of experience, we have learned the best way to package and ship our products to assure their safe arrival at destination. Since it is inevitable that some small percentage of shippments will be mishandled along the way, customers should always inspect the goods immediately upon arrival to confirm the absence of any damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, you should report this to the shipping company at time of delivery, and retain the damaged product and packaging for inspection. Please advise us immediately and we will expeditie shipment of replacement product to you.
